rr55 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and rr55 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the rr55 online casino and sports betting platform available at rr55.lol. These Terms apply to all services offered by rr55, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and all associated promotions and bonus programmes.

By accessing the rr55 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the rr55 platform and must close your account if one has already been created.

1Eligibility and Age Verification

To register an account and use the rr55 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rr55 operates a strict 21+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be the sole account holder and must not hold more than one rr55 account at any time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.

rr55 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one rr55 account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The following obligations apply to all rr55 account holders:

• You must not share your rr55 account password with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must notify rr55 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at rr55's discretion, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must keep your registered mobile number active and accessible, as it is the primary means of account verification and support communication.

rr55 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and session information. However, the security of your account also depends on the strength of the password you choose and your personal device security practices. rr55 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from password disclosure by the account holder.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

rr55 supports the following local payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider daily limits.
• Withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval. Funds are sent to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• rr55 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by the payment provider (e.g. bKash transaction charges) are outside rr55's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to an identity verification review before funds are released. rr55 will notify the player if such a review is required and will aim to complete it within 24 hours.
• rr55 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's rr55 balance if the withdrawal request is made in error by the player and reported to support within 30 minutes of submission.

All funds held in a player's rr55 account are maintained separately from rr55 operating funds. rr55 does not use player account balances for any operational purpose. Players may request a full withdrawal of their account balance at any time, subject to any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

rr55 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL cricket. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device and per payment method.
• rr55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonus offers where practicable.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between player accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including placing equal and opposite bets across accounts or systematically exploiting promotional structures — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account closure.

5Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr55 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during account registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the rr55 platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the rr55 platform to move proceeds of crime, or depositing funds from an unlawful source.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share betting signals, or manipulate any odds or market offered by rr55.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses or to circumvent a self-exclusion or account closure decision.

rr55 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, rr55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel and forfeit any pending, active or settled bets and account balances without prior notice.

6Responsible Gaming Commitment

rr55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account by contacting rr55 support. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, no deposits, wagers or account access is permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a permanent self-exclusion. A permanently self-excluded account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the rr55 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text content, page layouts and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of rr55 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rr55 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any rr55 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from rr55.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the rr55 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss. rr55's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rr55 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. rr55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action or internet service disruption.

9Amendments to These Terms

rr55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rr55 will provide notice to registered players via the platform or by direct communication to their registered mobile number. Your continued use of the rr55 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically. The current effective version of these Terms is always available at rr55.lol/terms-conditions.

10Termination and Account Closure

You may close your rr55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification obligations remain. rr55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, that is suspected of fraudulent activity, or that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In the event of account closure by rr55 for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification and applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.
